Our Mission

Tea App For Men (operated by Mindbots LLC) is a dating-assistant community that connects adults through authentic experiences. We are committed to fostering a respectful, safe and honest environment. These guidelines outline what we expect from everyone who uses our services and how we protect our community, especially children.

Content Ownership & Consent

  • Only share what you own or have permission to share. Do not post photos, videos or personal information of anyone else without their explicit consent.
  • Respect privacy and confidentiality. Private messages and personal data (e.g. phone numbers, addresses, IDs) must not be shared without consent.
  • No impersonation. Fake accounts or pretending to be another person (including celebrities or other users) is prohibited.

Age & Minor Protection

  • 18 years or older only. Tea App For Men is exclusively for adult users. Individuals under 18 are not allowed to create accounts or participate. We use age-verification tools to help enforce this requirement.
  • Zero tolerance for minor content. Posts featuring or referring to anyone under 18 are forbidden. Accounts that post such content will be permanently banned.
  • Verified reporting for minors. If you believe content depicts a minor, please report it. Verified reports are processed within 24–48 hours; unverified reports may not be actionable.

Child Safety Standards – Zero Tolerance for CSAE

Tea App For Men complies with Google Play’s child safety standards by explicitly prohibiting any form of CSAE, which includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), online child sexual exploitation and abuse (OCSEA), and related behaviors.

What is CSAE?

  • Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE) refers to using the internet or communications technology to facilitate sexual abuse of minors, including grooming, sextortion, live-streamed abuse and trafficking.
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) includes images, videos, computer-generated content and livestreams that depict or sexualize a child.
  • Grooming involves building trust with a minor to facilitate sexual activity or exploitation.
  • Minor sexualization means creating or sharing content that sexualizes real or non-real children.
  • Sextortion is threatening or blackmailing a child with sexual imagery in order to obtain further sexual content or money.
  • Live-streamed child abuse occurs when abusers direct or coerce children to perform sexual acts in real time.
  • Trafficking is advertising, soliciting or exploiting a minor for a commercial sex act.

Our Commitments

  1. Absolute prohibition of CSAE and CSAM. No content that depicts, sexualizes or endangers minors is allowed. This includes fictional or AI-generated depictions. Such content will be removed immediately, accounts terminated, and the incident reported to authorities.
  2. Ban on grooming and solicitation. Any attempt to groom or solicit a minor (or another user to exploit a minor) is strictly forbidden.
  3. In-app reporting mechanisms. Users can report suspected CSAE or other violations through built-in tools on posts or profiles.
  4. Dedicated child-safety contact. You may report via childsafety@themindbots.com, monitored by Mindbots LLC’s compliance team.
  5. Action and cooperation with law enforcement. We report credible CSAE incidents to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline.
  6. Compliance with applicable laws. We follow child protection laws globally and review our policies regularly.

Prohibited Content

Beyond CSAE, the following content is not allowed and may result in removal or account suspension:

  • Minor-related content: any depiction or discussion of minors in a sexual context.
  • Unauthorized images or videos of others.
  • Harassment, bullying, threats or intimidation.
  • Misinformation, defamation or misleading statements.
  • Hate speech or discrimination.
  • Sharing private personal information (addresses, phone numbers, etc.).
  • Sexually explicit or adult content that violates our community ethos (pornographic content). Nudity within consenting adult context must follow platform rules and laws.
  • Violence, threats or encouragement of harm.
  • Promotion of illegal activities.
  • Spam, scams or unsolicited commercial content.

User Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for the content you post.
  • Confirm all individuals depicted are 18 or older and consent to being featured.
  • Respect others’ rights, privacy and consent.
  • Obtain consent before sharing content about others.
  • Report guideline violations using in-app tools or email.
  • Comply promptly with removal requests.
  • Follow copyright, privacy and child protection laws.
  • Interact respectfully with others and avoid harassment.

Reporting & Content Removal

  • In-app reporting: use report button on posts or profiles.
  • Email reports: support@themindbots.com (general) or childsafety@themindbots.com (child-safety cases).
  • Review timeline:
    • Verified minor-related reports: within 24 hours.
    • Other reports: within 24–48 hours.
  • Actions we may take: removal, warnings, suspensions or bans.

Account Verification & Privacy Controls

  • All users must complete photo verification to confirm they are adults.
  • Verified status appears on profiles to foster trust.
  • Control your name visibility and who can see your profile.
  • Adjust messaging and block/mute preferences as needed.

Enforcement & Consequences

  • Content removal.
  • Warnings.
  • Feature restrictions.
  • Temporary suspension.
  • Permanent bans (for severe or repeated violations, including any CSAE).
  • Referral to law enforcement when appropriate.

Appeals & Disputes

  • You may appeal an action by contacting support@themindbots.com within 48 hours.
  • Appeals reviewed within 48 hours. CSAE-related bans are final.
  • If someone claims you shared content about them without consent, you must resolve the issue or remove the content.

Legal Compliance & Standards

We follow established practices (DMCA takedowns, moderation, user verification) and adhere to child protection and privacy laws.
